Chinese Blue and White plate, Kangxi period, 1762-1722

Painted to the centre with fancy peacock type birds, with another bird in flight, a circular sun and flying insects, with rocks and shrubs set within a double blue ring. A further ring of broken lines; the border with scrolls and flowers, blue line to rim. The reverse with a raised foot-rim picked out with a blue line.

Condition - Good condition, kiln faults; firing specks to front and firing cracks to the rear, minor fritting to rim edge. No restoration or repair
